La Yola

La Yola is a seafood restaurant at Puntacana Resort Marina, a spectacular seafood restaurant built on a platform extending over the marina waters. Named after the traditional Dominican fishing boats (yolas), the restaurant pays homage to the country's fishing heritage while delivering a polished, upscale dining experience. The setting is breathtaking: surrounded by luxury yachts and crystalline waters, with the open Caribbean horizon stretching beyond the marina.

The menu showcases the best of Dominican seafood, sourced daily from local fishermen. The menu includes grilled octopus with romesco sauce, seafood linguini, whole baked seabass, and whole grilled lobster. The menu features wahoo ceviche with leche de tigre, ripe plantain, cilantro, coconut chips, and avocado. The wine and cocktail programs are equally impressive, featuring an extensive selection of whites and roses perfect for the seaside setting.

La Yola is a bucket-list restaurant for visitors to Punta Cana, combining world-class cuisine with one of the most beautiful restaurant settings in the Caribbean. Sunset dining here, with the sky painted in oranges and pinks reflecting off the marina waters, is an experience that lingers in memory long after the trip ends.
